About me

I am a mom and a Restorative Health Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist with a bachelor’s in psychology. I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2019 where I learned about the foundations of health and how they are interconnected. I went on to attend The Institute of Restorative Health where I studied the advanced science (and art) of gastrointestinal healing. Much of my schooling was done with a desire to understand the body as a means to restore my own health. After a traumatic c-section where I needed two blood transfusions and several reconstructive surgeries, I struggled with severe fatigue and anxiety for years.

I have spent a long time trying to heal myself while also trying to heal my daughter who sustained brain damage (mild cerebral palsy) due to lack of oxygen during her delivery. She has had many physical and mental challenges due to her brain injury. Because of our struggles, I have learned so much and want to share that knowledge with my clients. I know first hand how debilitating it is to try to help your child when you aren’t well yourself. My mission is to help parents who are desperate for change—both with their own health and their child’s health. I use a combination of diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes to address issues such as attention, mood, and energy imbalances. My approach is very methodical and purposeful while also recognizing that everyone has their own unique needs and challenges. The goal is to remove roadblocks, restore function, and correct imbalances.
